Product description

JX361 water-cured one-component polyurethane waterproof coating is made by reacting special polyether and isocyanate to form a prepolymer, and mixed with a variety of additives. It does not contain cross-linking curing agent and uses water as the curing agent to cure into a film. It has the characteristics of high strength, large elongation and good water resistance. It forms a tough seamless coating film on the surface of the base layer and has strong adaptability to the deformation of the base layer.

Features

Base surface treatment 

The base surface must be solid, flat, dry, free of open water, dust, and oil, and the low and damaged areas must be filled and smoothed.

Additional layer construction 

Weak parts such as Yin and Yang corners and wall-penetrating pipes are reinforced with additional layers. It can be made into "one cloth, two coatings" or "two cloths, three coatings". Among them, the carcass reinforcement material should be preferably polyester non-woven fabric. During construction, one or two coats of paint need to be applied first, and then the carcass reinforcement material is immediately laid and the surface is covered with paint.

Large area painting

Use a rubber scraper or brush to evenly scrape (or brush) the base surface. The coating thickness should be 1.5mm-2.0mm. It can be painted in 3-4 times, and the last coat The scraping direction should be perpendicular to the previous scraping direction, and the thickness of each scraping should not exceed 0.5mm. The next coating can be constructed only after the previous coating has solidified.

Paving reinforcement materials

When laying carcass reinforcement materials between coatings, the thickness of the coating below the carcass should not be less than 1mm, and the thickness of the top layer should not be less than 0.5mm. The carcass layer should be fully soaked with waterproof coating. There should be no white stubble or wrinkles.

Construction of protective layer 

After the waterproof layer has been painted, protective measures need to be taken in time, and cement mortar should be used to form a protective layer.

Precautions

(1) When the coating is not completely cured, it is strictly prohibited to enter or carry out downstream construction.

(2) Construction is strictly prohibited on rainy days, and contact with rainwater is strictly prohibited before the coating film is cured.

(3) The construction temperature should be 5-35℃.

(4) There should be no open water on the wet base surface of underground projects, and construction should be done 24 hours after draining.

transportation and storage

During transportation and storage, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately. One-component polyurethane should be stored upside down. Do not approach fire sources, avoid exposure to the sun and rain, prevent collisions, and pay attention to ventilation. Storage temperature is 5℃～40℃.
